Discrimination - Highly Unacceptable

Recently, I read a blog and was really very depresses about the talks and the things the person considers about Muslims. The heading of the blog was “We must stop appeasing Muslims… for their own good of course”. I agree with the part saying “We must stop appeasing the Muslims”. But I really hate the view that person have in saying so. It is heart breaking that in this modern era people are having the view that some people should be abolished from everything just because they are not Hindu. As a Hindu definitely I don’t like that we are suppressed by the government rules, regulations and the way they empower other religions but I cannot deny the fact that other religions don’t have the rights. They should not be empowered with excess of freedom and support but neither should they we weaken by pulling away the rights that every citizen of India have. As a Citizen of India why Muslim’s are needed to be appeased by giving more rights and benefits. They should be treated the same manner as others.
In fact I would say that we should stop people of different quotas (SC/ST/OBC/ etc.) too.  They should only be given this quota benefit till some extent, say till 10th class. After that quota preferences can be on money part that too should stop once the person is having a job. The reason being at that level if person had an education then he/she is capable of cracking the exams and job interviews by their own. From one point we are making them weaker than others by giving them some remunerations thinking that they are not capable of competing and on other hand we are giving them power to enjoy and get those thing which someone else (who worked hard for it) deserve but got didn’t get it because of the quota.
Providing the one community more power is not a good thing. It doesn't make our country democratic as the people are discriminated as per their caste, religion, category and more. When there is discrimination there is a problem, the big one. Supreme Court have given so many rules for the quota people that the people in the General category are crushed up. But no one is understanding that if the person is studying same thing that general category children are studying, they are tested on same skills, then why can’t they both be judged on same criteria. Why this Quota comes in between.
In every election Hindu’s and Muslim’s are discriminated and reformations are promised as per city, religion, category or all. Why this is to be done?  Why the reformations cannot be done as per the need of the place instead of what people might admire at present but will cry later? Political parties should understand spending money to get elected should not be the goal. If they do something good that citizens will not accept it in starting is not an issue. It will be accepted by them soon enough when they come to know about the importance and benefits of it. So, instead of discrimination give everyone same platform and see the reform. People will select them again if they are feeling secure and good living under the umbrella of any political party. There are always some people who say bad things, they need to be ignored. Your work will show what you are.
One of the reason which I feel for giving this extra benefits to communities is that they can rebel by saying that injustice is done to them as they are low in strength or weaker. I would say just think about the community which holds the maximum population, what if they rebel as injustice is being done to them, they are treated as they are not as important to the country as others are.
Discrimination in Education
I feel this is the worst thing. There is quota in every colleges due to some legal constraints, which I strongly oppose. As I said earlier, after basic studies everyone is on the same level. Getting the admission is in their hands. For quota people, if their financial state is not that well then they should be giving concessions on fees not on admissions. Similarly for job. Once they are into job, they can stay up in society and do well for their living, no quota and any extra concession is required. I would say, they should be shifted up into the general category after that.
Why to make it mandatory in colleges to have people from quota established by law or by college itself? Rule should be no quota system (Religion, Category, Caste, State, Language and more) in education. Quota should be only for financially weak people.
Discrimination in Civil services
Muslims, quota category people are given some percentage of compulsory seats in the civil services. Why is that? If quota is to be set, then it should be set in a way that other eligible candidate who deserve the place is not rejected for the person coming by quota and is not eligible or he doesn't even deserve that position.

I don’t want to get into more and more of this. But I would say that I understand that these quota people are less in strength or say less in numbers but they are fully capable of competing in this society without the mark of quota on them. This quota make them weak and reason of being hated as they are preferred over eligible candidate even when they are not deserving that. Quota people feel stronger with all the laws and decisions in their favor, but it makes the people in the general category paralyzed because they cannot do anything in this regard and as in competition crores of general category candidates fight for very - very few positions whereas reserved quota category people are less in strength and have more seats to fight for than the general category people.

Example: There are 100 seats for which 1 Lakh people applied. Out of this 100 seats 80 are reserved for some categories and this some categories are barely 5-10% on the people appearing for the competition. Now say, who is really suffering and out of power? Is it the people from reserved category people or is it the general category people.

From my point of view even if quota is to be given then too is should be in proportion to their proportion in society, not in any unacceptable figure. Say 10% people in the society are in quota in some way or the other. In this case there should be only 10% of the seats reserved for them. These seats should not be further divided as per the reserved category the person is from. Person is from some Category than they all should be on same level as General people are. Hindu and Muslim are religions and they have their own views and beliefs. But they should not be discriminated on this bases. You want to discriminate, then discriminate with no partiality. It’s a good thing or it’s a bad thing, say for both. Then you will see the truth and the true strength of us all.
