Tension: A State of Mind

It’s the most common state of mind in today’s World. From youngest, school going to the eldest, the retired (senior citizens) have this state of mind, commonly referred to as “ TENSION ”. So, here comes the question, is it good and useful for us or is it bad for the mind and health. The answer would be its good. But as the universal fact known by everyone of us, anything in excess is bad. This is applicable on our dear new friend tension too. Our friend Tension have a severe problem that he is not able to stay normal and low. He’s like an over drunken person who is high and gives the reaction which are not controlled by him. So, what happens when our friend tension comes to meet us? In starting we don’t give him much importance and hurt is ego. So, he start pressurizing us slowly and without us even knowing he over rule our thought and behaviour. This results in frustration and act as a food for our enemy turned friend “Mr. Tension”.   So, what are the results of him over ruling
