Tension: A State of Mind

It’s the most common state of mind in today’s World. From youngest, school going to the eldest, the retired (senior citizens) have this state of mind, commonly referred to as “TENSION”. So, here comes the question, is it good and useful for us or is it bad for the mind and health. The answer would be its good. But as the universal fact known by everyone of us, anything in excess is bad. This is applicable on our dear new friend tension too. Our friend Tension have a severe problem that he is not able to stay normal and low. He’s like an over drunken person who is high and gives the reaction which are not controlled by him.
So, what happens when our friend tension comes to meet us? In starting we don’t give him much importance and hurt is ego. So, he start pressurizing us slowly and without us even knowing he over rule our thought and behaviour. This results in frustration and act as a food for our enemy turned friend “Mr. Tension”.  So, what are the results of him over ruling us?? Well, some of them may be
Confusing Directions. Best direction being
"Solution"
  • Frustration
  • Bad Behavior
  • Rude talks.
  • Confused
  • Hurting others
  •  Stay secluded and many more.

So these are some of the bad effects of him. Let’s see to the bright side of our angry friend Tension.  When he comes in starting,
  • Makes us feel that we are lacking.
  • Makes us conscious.
  • Tells the urgency of something
  • Aware us of near future
  • Helps us build stamina to work more without tearing up.
  • Makes us learn new thing
  • Make us ready for unseen situations, etc.

So, as a human nature what most of us know about Mr. Tension is that it’s bad to have tension. We never concentrated on this view that it’s bad to have tension after some extent. So, now another important question pops up, that is how to deal with our friend Mr. Tension? Well, the answers lies in the cause that made our friend angry. To, make him feel good, making him reduce his pressure and stop ruling our mind is to solve or finish of the reason of that is making him angry. Work with full dedication, find out the cause of tension and then work on to clear it off as smoothly as possibly without leaving any loose ends.

Tension is definitely important for us, but up to some extent. Don’t let it rule your mind. With these simple words I would like to wrap up our lovely talk. J
